The genesis of Phase is to create a ripple effect where we empower an individual to lead a change in her or his life. From the very inception of Phase , it has been our constant endeavour to follow complete commitment and transparency towards our objectives. We believe the organisation, or for that matter any individual, whose fundamentals are based on virtues of honesty, ownership towards the society and regard to human dignity, can bring about any change and are crucial for a sustainable environment.Our mission:To work as an ‘agent of change’ to guide and provide access for the realisation of one’s rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India.
