Since college days Meenakshi has been learning and working in the social sector. In the past six years she has played many roles from a volunteer to implementer and also as analyzer of social issues. She has worked with International and national organization across India on issues of Youth, Women empowerment and environment. Her passion towards environment and for humanity gave birth to her dream organization – PHASE.
